Victor Oliveira Fernandes is a member of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE). Professor of Economic Law at the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development, and Research (IDP). He holds a PhD in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Brasília (UnB).
